Oliver C. Pier, 100th Ohio Infantry] the adjutant is not with the Regt he

Ben Kellogg [i.e., Pvt. Benjamin Kellogg, Co, H, 100th Ohio Infantry] has gone to the general hospital at Lexington he left the company this morning he looks rather hard up to I rather think he will get a discharge before a great while
I send an order for that money and if it gets lost you know what to do as well as I do there will be another at Otokee just like it the money will be there in 9 or 10 days so the agt said so good by for this time write soon
