We are ordered to draw 3 days rations this eavening I would not be supprised if we had to light out in the morning for parts an unknown to me but not to pap Thomas as we call him The boys were quite noisy last night it being the night before Christmas They got there guns and loaded them and begun to shoot They had got quite noisy and the officers got out on patroll and started out in search of them and the rest of the boys yelled out look out for the patroll and all was still for a few moments untill they found out which way they were going and then they
