Abstract: A document written and signed by John Cary, clerk, directing the constable to summon the selectmen of Bristol to appear before the Bristol County Court of General Sessions to answer a jury presentment that the town lacked a standard for trying weights and measures; with endorsement on the reverse by John Lindsey, constable of Bristol.
