Document Name: Writ of attachment against Thomas Homan

Abstract: A partly printed document written and signed by Timothy Fales, clerk, directing the sheriff to attach the property of Thomas Homan, of Rehoboth, to the value of £6, to compel his appearance before the Bristol County Inferior Court of the Common Pleas to answer the complaint of Nathaniel Cooper, for an unpaid debt of £2 16s; with endorsement of Daniell Hunt, deputy sheriff.

Physical Description: Letterpress on paper, with manuscript entries in ink; 1 page (16 x 20 cm.) on 1 sheet. Red wax seal upper left. Docketing and endorsement on verso.
