Abstract: Both this document and the one following (MSN/COL 2717-53) relate to the case of John Tallman (Talman) v. Charles Joslyn (Joslin). This first document is a bill of costs offered by Tallman, of Tiverton, as evidence of a £6 debt owed him by Joslyn, of Dighton; it is dated 22 September 1728, and bears the endorsement of Timothy Fales, clerk, dated 23 June 1729.
