Abstract: A partly printed document written and signed by Timothy Fales, clerk, directing the sheriff to attach the property of William Creese, of Boston, to the value of £11, to compel his appearance before the Bristol County Inferior Court of the Common Pleas to answer to Joseph Chaplin for an unpaid debt of £5 12s 11p; with endorsement of Suffolk County sheriff Edward Winslow on the reverse, indicating that he took Creese into custody.
Physical Description: Letterpress on paper, with manuscript entries in ink; 1 page (16 x 20 cm.) on 1 sheet. Red wax seal upper left. Docketing and endorsement on verso.
