Abstract: A partly printed document written and signed by Timothy Fales, clerk, directing the sheriff to recover the sum of £48 18s 6p plus fees from Samuel and Bezaliel Thrasher, both of Taunton, to satisfy judgment in favor of Lot Strange and Samuel Hathaway, both of Freetown, by the Bristol County Inferior Court of Common Pleas; with endorsements on the reverse by Strange and Hathaway, and Samuel White, deputy sheriff, recording partial payments.
Physical Description: Letterpress on paper, with manuscript entries in ink; 1 page (32 x 20 cm.) on 1 sheet. Red wax seal upper left. Docketing and endorsements on verso.
