Abstract: A memorandum written and signed by Thomas Terry, a Bristol County justice of the peace, recording a bond of recognizance entered by Marey Whelch, described as a spinster from Taunton now residing in Freetown, in the amount of £5, on condition that she appear before the Bristol County Court of General Sessions to answer charge of fornication with Lot Strange.
