Abstract: A warrant issued by the Swansea board of selectmen, directing the constable to give public notice of a town meeting on 1 March 1747/8. The agenda is to include the choice of "select men assessors Town clerk constables and all other Town officers;" the repair of the Myles bridge; and a bounty for the killing of foxes.
