Camp Near Pulaski Tenn
Nov 16th/64
Dear Father

I recd a letter from you written Nov 5 and was well I am well and so are the rest of the boys in the company We are still on the moove whether we are going to stop or not is more than I can tell but I am in hope we shall for I am getting tired still I keep well I expect we shall moove every minute We have been on the march for the last 3 days from Spring Hill I do not know the size of this town for I have not been in sight of it yet I do not know whether I shall or not

I wish you would send my gloves for it is getting a little cool on fingers these frosty mornings and you might send a little money for I do not know whether Jacob has used that $10.00 or not he sent me the stamps watch & tobacco There is some talk of our laying still for a while here at this place I am glad that you have sold that land for my part I did not like it Well I must close good by write soon and the news
