Good Morning to my little family I hope you are all well this morning I received yours of the 19 & 20 yesterday. I am glad Dearest to here that your teeth has got well again for I well know that it is verry disagreeable to have the toothake my pet has got about well ) you asked me if I felt much better than when I was at home) yes love I dont hardely feel like the Same person I think my health is better than it has been for a long time I am a little affraid that

I will not Stand the heat this Summer the Sun Seames to effect my head considerably I may Stand it better than I think ) Huldah it may be that I will get out of this place in month or two ask John or Ben if they want me to bring them Some Shugar and coffee ask father and David the Same. I think I will get Some Shugar and Coffee for our owne use and I will Bring what ever amount that they want ) you Spoke of having So much rane ) thare has been a greedeel of rane here it is raining at the presant and looks as if it was going to rane all day ) rainy days is lonesom days to me

Well love as I expect to get a letter from you to day I will close for the presant the male has come but thare was nothing for me this time letters Sometime miss one day at least they are one day later Some times than others ) please tell me wheather the pine Seed has come up or not you told me that they was Sprouting if they come up you will take good care of them tell me whether aunt.E.Johnson is living in town or not and whether Brookses Wife has come back to Edwardsport or not ) I have not heared any thing from the Regt for a long time tell me when you hered from them
